HOW TO ORDER
1. FRONTSIDE:
What do you want the tag to say? A silly phrase? We can also do pet names, nicknames, and other artwork. If you have a logo or other artwork you can email us the image to use.
2. DESIGN:
How do you want your tag to look? Examples of styles include: Girly, Boyish, Retro, Bold, Cutesy, Cartoonish, Simple, etc. This is where you also provide details such as you want hearts, stars, flowers, sparkles, etc. The more details you can give us, the better your first proof will turn out.
3. BACKSIDE:
What contact information do you want on the backside? We recommend 1-5 lines, 15 characters per line. A letter, number, punctuation and spaces all count towards your character limit. We can also put the design on the front and back for a double sided charm.

DURABILITY: PLEASE READ!!!!
This is our original custom dog tag. These tags are printed using special ink that is permanent and won't wash off. They are not engraved. This tag is not durable enamel. This type of tag is not recommended for tag chewers. Custom Enamel engraved pet tags are not available.
LEAD TIME:
Please allow 5-10 business days (1-2 weeks) for to receive your first proof via email. A reasonable amount of edits is provided until you're happy with the final outcome. If you have a deadline, please contact us first prior to ordering to ensure availability for a rush order.
Prohibited:
We reserve the right to refuse any order, including political tags, religious tags, or other topics that gives us the ick.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Your custom tag proof will be emailed to you within 1-2 weeks of purchase (5-10 business days). It is your responsibility to check your email (including your junk, spam & promotional folders) and approve your proof. We will NOT ship your order until you have approved the final design. Failure to check your email or approve your proof means your order will not ship.
Our custom dog tag is a printed tag loved by thousands since 2014 but they're not suitable for tag chewers as they are not chew proof. but they are not durable enamel metal. By purchasing this item you are agreeing to these terms and conditions stated in this product description.
